Madeleine is an emerging composer and writer based in Melbourne, Australia. Madeleine writes and performs in various genres including musical theatre, singer-songwriter, pop and film soundtrack. Her music has been performed at the Melbourne Recital Centre and at Chapel Off Chapel.

Before turning her talents to composition, Madeleine was originally trained as a cellist and soprano. She performed and toured internationally as lead cellist for the Chamber Strings of Melbourne for five years. In addition to her musical ambitions, Madeleine is also a commercial lawyer and teaching associate of law at Monash University.

Madeleine has written the music, lyrics and book of a musical called AENEAS, based on the ancient epic, The Aeneid. A staged reading of Act I of AENEAS was held at the Melbourne Recital Centre, Primrose Potter Salon on 16 November 2018. This follows the performance of two songs from AENEAS at Home Grown's March Edition in 2018.
